As my guess, thru surveillance cameras at gas station, fat bum cops will have that clip of video and your license plate. Other fat belly cops will knock on your door and hand in a paper, so- called summon by court . At the court date you will drag your flat ass into court and see a judge, usually a lady also fat bum and..saggy tits . All it takes lesser than 2 minutes and you agree to pay or not and how to pay. If you don't want to pay at all, other fat bum cops will throw your ass in jail for .ab 1 week with charge of theft under 5k..
